Fix Adjustments and Website Pagespeed

Hi Ronan, I hope you are well.
Do you remember my Squarespace website? You built most of it and you did a good job always.
I understand you no longer work on PPH as you're busy full-time, but I really need your help. I haven't found anyone since you who has provided the same level of integrity and professionalism.
I need to fix the Blog. The search function you created was erased because developer mode was disconnected. Most issues have been fixed, except for that, and the contact forms need attention. The main problem is the website's page speed, which is awful, with Mobile and Desktop both scoring in the 30s on https://pagespeed.web.dev/. It takes Google Plus 4 seconds to load the website, and it's a disaster.
Can you please help? I would like this task completed within 48 hours, maximum
