Hi
I am currently in a small claims legal battle against a Dental Practice in the UK via a small claims court.
They are trying to retain a £200 deposit from me despite me challenging their Terms and Conditions that they had at the time on their website (11th March 2024). After I complained they then conveniently updated their website on the 1st April to remove the Terms & Conditions link in their websitew footer as per my 3rd screenshot! They have also made further changes adding in a new policy.
They are claiming the T&Cs were NEVER on their website during 2024 despite my screenshots showing differently.
They have since made a lot of updates, including their T&Cs to try and cover their own tracks.
Please read carefully:
I have already tried oldweb.today and Wayback machine but they only show archives from 2023.
I NEED to see what their site showed as of 11th March as per my 2 screenshots below. The 1st being the date I checked their T&Cs shows their website was last updated 11th March 2024 and the 2nd screenshot is what opened when I clicked on the Terms & Conditions on this date!
I need some kind of ethcial hacker who can show their website as of the 11th March 2024 so I can show evidence that their T&Cs were different to what they are as of today as I fear my screenshots (despite having the date on them) will not be enough.
PLEASE NOTE this is only a small claims court so we cannot subpoena Digimax Digital who designed their website and provided them with their own CMS tool so they can update the site themselves as and when. I have already contacted them directly and they will not give me any info unless asked to by a court which will not happen.
They are basically keeping my £200 despite their cancellation policy at the time of 11th March 2024 shows this should not be done! This should really be a fraud case but I need to go via the small claims court first.
Please DO NOT send in a proposal unless you can get the information requested.

As you can see their Terms and Conditions have miraculously returned to the footer of theirt website today but points to updated T&Cs!!!
