Power-point and Word drawing

Description

I need a drawing of a process (probably 4 quarters of a pie in a circle) that include my Find, Win, Deliver, and Keep sections but also include Plan (in the centre). I want to be able to use it in both a word or power-point. It needn't be freehand like the picture
It would be good to be able to high light each of the sections so that I can use it to start new chapters.
