Building back my brand

Description

I am looking for a freelancer to help me build back my brand, which is currently deteriorating and in need of a refresh. Specifically, I need help with improving my online presence, including my website and social media accounts. My target audience is young adults between the ages of 18-34.
Ideal skills and experience for this project would include:
- Experience with website design and development
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies
