Need a storyboard for a short film for university

Hello, I am a university student and I’m working on a film project at the moment that counts toward my final grades. I’m quite new to this, so am not very experienced, but I hope to make this my best project so far.
I am in real need of a good storyboard but I’m quite tight on budget, and I don’t want to insult anyone. I would really appreciate if you could consider my circumstances. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me.
I have a budget of $600. The script is around 20 or so pages long, with more than 150 panels. It means a lot to me to get this done to the best possible standard. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
