I'm looking for a transcriptionist to transcribe psychiatric reports, which are known as DoLS assessments. If you have experience transcribing these, that would be preferable. The reports have a set format, for which I will provide the templates. Occasionally, I may need other reports transcribed that don't. I have attached copies of an anonymised, completed form so that you can see what is required in terms of transcription. Accuracy of transcription and an ability to reliably punctuate and modify the grammatical content of the reports on an autonomous basis is essential. The skill to transcribe promptly and return the completed reports to me quickly is also an essential requirement. Being familiar with medical terminology would also be helpful.
