Need 5-7 page design and company facebook page design

Hi,
We are a startup and we are looking for a talented person/team to deliver us simple, beautiful and clear website. No flash, no animations just crisp colors that are pleasing to watch. And we also need a design for our facebook page in the same style.Requirements:
1. Around 3 weeks of work time.2. Must include licenses, we will pay additionally, but everything must be licensed.3. Attention to quality and detail is an absolute must. No 5 min mockups.
