We need an experienced Website Designer & Developer who can confidently handle dynamic content, profile integration, and user-centered design. Project Overview: This project involves completing the design and development of our website, ensuring consistency, modern aesthetics, and seamless integration of dynamic content. While some areas have been designed, they require adjustments; others need complete redesigns. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of improving the site’s usability and visual appeal, in line with our rebranding (dark green, white, and gold). You’ll be working remotely with no direct access to the live site, and all work will be done on your local host, with the code pushed for review. This is an experienced position with tight deadlines, so you must be confident in delivering quality work swiftly. you must use your own staging site Key Responsibilities: Home Page: Refine the header and footer, making them bolder and more informative. Incorporate features such as spotlight sections for salons, schools, and suppliers. Linked Pages: Design fresh, consistent layouts for events, professional homepages, brand homepages, and training provider homepages. Profile Pages: Ensure all onboarding forms are aligned with live profiles and make design improvements to profile pages (professionals, training providers, suppliers). Integrate social media icons, add missing headers, and improve image layouts. Events Page: Complete the design of the events page, ensuring event submissions appear on the calendar. Add a search feature, display events by month, and design a "Add Your Event" feature for ease of use. Job Listings & Classifieds: Design pages for jobs, classifieds, and room rentals, ensuring they align with the overall site aesthetic and functionality of the events page. Members-Only Page: Clone and adapt the homepage to restrict access to non-registered users, applying the new design. Blog Templates: Create three flexible blog templates that allow for headers, images, and key points, set up like magazine articles. Custom Pages: Design additional pages including "About Us", "The Skin Games", "Terms and Conditions", and other important sections. Key Skills & Requirements: Expert-level knowledge of Drupal and proven experience with dynamic content integration. Strong design skills, with a modern and clean aesthetic that aligns with fashionable, high-end brands. Experience designing profile-driven pages, including integrating onboarding forms with dynamic profiles. Confidence in designing interactive elements such as event calendars, job listings, classifieds, and room rental features. Ability to create responsive designs that work well across desktop and mobile devices. A keen eye for diversity in design and ensuring a global, inclusive user experience. Examples of previous Drupal design work are required to be considered for this role.
