Makes edits to an existing INDD file - 60 page B&W document

I have an indd file which I need updating. It is a pretty basic booklet that needs updating with several edits. Total is about 60 pages. Most pages are just titles with blank lines for people to write notes. It will be printed in B&W. I need the pages re-ordered and some titles adjusted. Also a new TOC will be needed to match the new order of the pages. I have a scan of the correct layout for the document with hand-written notes of the updates needed. I have been let down by a previous person and am now on a tight deadline to get this to the printers in time. I need to get it to the printers by Tues 08-Oct to make the deadline. I have uploaded a sample page as an example of what is required. Given the deadline are you able to help? I would need to see a draft to be reviewed before it goes to the printers. I look forward to hearing from you :)
