I am in need of a skilled web designer to run some tests on the form on the link below and then copy it onto another site of ours.
Both sites are wordpress.
The form needs to be fully functional and have ideal-postcodes script integrated for address look-up which an account is already active.
The idea of the form is for new employees to click and enter their information securely which should then be stored in the backend and an e-mail copy received by admin.
