Kindle e-book layout and design

Description

We need a competent and creative layout designer to format our 40-page manuscript according to Kindle publishing standards, while maintaining the author's vision through careful styling.
Page layout and text formatting must be cleanly executed to integrate 12 illustrations within the appropriate chapters. As our deadline is tight - August 23rd - we will need a candidate who can produce publishable results within a couple of passes.
Experience producing formatted eBook files optimized for Kindle devices is essential. Applicants should demonstrate a portfolio of similarly formatted titles along with positive client reviews of their skill, organization and communication abilities.
