Wordpress customer account functionality

I've got a website that's about halfway there, it can be found at:https://thelacrosseball.company/The content can obviously come at a later date, I'm looking to sort out the user account functionality. Currently a user account only tracks a customers name and potentially a birthday. I'd like to increase the functionality of this and store a billing and shipping address, card details and have the customer be able to see their order list and status in here. Any other suggestions are welcome.
Development will be on my server with wordpress/elementor.
I've put the budget as £10k, but this is not what I'm expecting to pay. I find that people always say the project will cost whatever budget you list it as. I'm looking to see what is offered by different people as I have no idea of what this work will cost, I can only go on what I've paid for other (complete) websites in the past.
