Hi, I need a web designer who can create a web page (on a wordpress site probably) with a logo / title and integrate a map image we have, and then create a number of points on the map the user can then click on that then takes them to the associated weblink. The map is of Europe and has 25 links at key cities and will need a dot for each that when over will pulse/highlight and then click takes user through to the webpage. Needs to scale well dynamically on both desktop and mobile. We have the 22 links to use as well as the main corresponding image of Europe. Attached is a quick crude mock of an example of the sort of thing, and also the example of when mouse over a dot. Also as a basic example, this page has an example of a pulse effect (however this is only an example, we would probably go for a bit smaller, different colour etc and discuss with the freelancer prior) https://codepen.io/peeke/pen/BjxXZa We would supply map folder, logo, heading title, colour scheme details as well as dot locations of course and finished example uploaded on our dev test server (and any notes on if we want to move this elsewhere of course). Plugins could potentially be used, but the map file has to be the design supplied (welcome to change the format etc, but the design has to be as supplied!) Proposals with weblinks to example projects they have done will be prioritised over those that don't and also web designers will get priority over those with multi skillsets outside of web. With all proposals, please ask any questions and also give an estimated timeframe based on the starting point of next Monday. Budget is variable of course and the £50 is just a number we set and we are after a polished example at a price you think suitable of course. Thanks
