Land Change of Use Plans

Description

I am planning to buy so land in Essex, UK, and i need to apply for change of use. I need to get some ideas and drawings together to give the pre-application team to get some advice. So i was wondering if you are able to help with these drawing and brainstorming for the drawings. I can only think of adding a building, and car parking space at the moment.
An added benefit would be if you can advise of best practices to make sure planning goes through or the best way to navigate the whole process.
