Improvement of HTML/CSS for landing page

Hello there,
I need support with HTML/CSS for personal web site (will share address in private message).
It has mainly one html (index.html / /600 lines) and some auxiliary pages (legal.html and dataprotection.html), 5 plan javascripts and one css (style.css/600 lines)
The website is fully functioning but needs an improvement of UI/UX (current UI looks poor-ish for me). The website is responsive and must stay the same.
In this assignment you will need to improve already existing styling and not rewrite a website from scratch.
If you feel interested in this job description, we will have a video call as part of initial get to know each other. Your video camera should be turned on during the call. You may need to share your screen during the call as well. Later if we both decide to work together, we may not have any video call. By takeover of your results I will do code review. You can propose your own price, which you consider is fair for this scope, but please know that price will be one of the criteria whether we will work together. You would have up to 5 working days to finish this assignment starting from the (next) day, when I transfer money to the escrow account. After you finish your work, there will be 1-3 days delay when I will release money in escrow account: this time is need to test your work.
