Problem StatementI run a small law firm and have been hosting our emails using MS Exchange.I have created a new email address and as a consequence lost over 3 years of emails. Microsoft 3rd line support are unable to recover as a retention policy was not set.
What am I am looking for?1. I want someone to help export all my current Microsoft email addresses to Name Cheap (cloud based service) and ensure no emails are lost! 2. Setup desktop outlook using email addresses so that I can mange all of my emails in one place.3. Help me cancel all Microsoft subscriptions.
I want someone to help do al of the above in a live session through desktop sharing. I will not be providing admin access for someone to do this offline in their own time. A consultant based in the UK would be ideal but not a must. Finally, I don’t want to know the benefits of staying with Microsoft, active directory has done my head in.
