Create Excel VSTO add-in to interact with Laravel application

Create Excel VSTO add-in to interact with Laravel application, I need an existing VSTO add in for Excel in enhanced and further functionality added to it to create a add in capable of interacting with my laravel application.
The add in will connect with a quotation file in the application and a line entry in that file. This will be its reference association point.
Withint he VSTO you will be able to select cells and designate them as questions (Locations to be stored and managed and passed back to the laravel application in a JSON file)
In addition to that you will be able to designate products from the excel and also designate these as products with quantities (likewise this will be passed back to the laravel applicaiton in a JSON file)
