Google Photos Upload problem solve

Description

I'm having trouble with bulk uploading to Google Photos. My competitor seems to be doing it very easily, possibly using an API.
My situation:
I typically upload 30-40 files daily, but I need to upload them all at once.Most files are videos exceeding 1GB each.After uploading 5-6 files, Google restricts further uploads. This might be an IP block due to bulk uploading.The problem:
Google doesn't explicitly state any upload limits.Google Workspace accounts lack the "upload from Google Drive" feature available in free Gmail accounts.What I need:
A script or solution to transfer my Drive videos to Google Photos (similar to my competitor's approach).While a 10GB file can't be uploaded directly to Photos, the competitor seems to be using a Google Drive to Photos import tool that allows for larger files (e.g., 70GB).Competitor's script (for reference only):

My request:
Can you create a script that enables Google Drive to Google Photos import within a Google Workspace account?Alternatively, any solution to allow unlimited video uploads to Google Photos would be appreciated.Additional information:
I can provide a Workspace Gmail account for testing purposes if needed.
