Hi, I need someone to devise a scheme to see how many flats we can get in the upper units. Your task is going to be: 1. Put commercial units on the ground floor - one large place of worship with classrooms for teaching 2. Seperate entrance for the 1st floor and second floor 3. on 1st and second floor we need to see how many detailed flats we can get with a minimum UK standard of 37SQM for a shower unit or 39SQM 1 bedroom flat for a bathroom.
