Convert Alias .Wire File into STP, IGES and Fix Surfaces

Hi,
Please see the 3D CAD Model of a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 on GrabCAD:

This contains the Alias .WIRE File (alias model.wire).
I need two things:
1 - Some surfaces are not joined up, but overlapping into each other, such as the rear end plates on the rear spoiler. See attached. I need clean surfaces that have edges where two surfaces meet. All these overlaps need to be fixed throughout the model.
2 - I want the fixed .Wire model and this Exported into the following formats:
1 - IGES2 - STEP
I need good surface file formats to import into SolidWORKS.
The converted versions in the above link has faces missing and surfaces overlapping.
